Bangladesh Under-15 Women’s Football Team have achieved the title of Jockey Club Girls’ International Youth Football tournament beating Hong Kong final by 6-0 goals.
Midfielder Tohura Khatun scored a hat trick, helping the team to emerge as champion at Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground in Hong Kong on Sunday, report agencies.
Bangladesh Under-15 Women’s Football Team maintained the winning spree in the four-nation Jockey Club Girls International (JCGI) Youth Invitational Football Tournament. Previously they beat the Asian powerhouse Iran by 8-1 goals in their second game. Bangladesh made a flying start in the tournament crushing Malaysia by 10-1 goals on Friday.
The four participating nations faced each other to become the table topper. Hong Kong Football Association invited Bangladesh to participate in the tournament.
