Iran says 78 killed, 320 wounded in Israeli strikes: UN ambassador

Iran’s envoy to the UN stated Friday that Israel’s attacks on the Islamic republic have killed 78 individuals, including senior military leaders, and injured over 320 others.

“Over 320 people have been injured and 78 people, including high-ranking military officers, have been martyred thus far. Amir Iravani, Iran’s ambassador to the UN, informed the Security Council that “the vast majority of them (are) civilians, including women and children.”
