Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus has sent heartfelt greetings to the Buddhist community in Bangladesh and worldwide on the eve of this year’s Buddha Purnima.
“This year’s celebrations have come at a time when the teachings of Lord Buddha to foster peace, harmony, and unity are more relevant than ever before,” he stated in a statement released today by the Chief Adviser’s Journal.
“On this auspicious occasion, I wish that our path forward as a humanity be lit with understanding, compassion and joy,” stated the Chief Adviser.
