Saudia strengthens connections for Bangladeshi travelers

For visitors from Bangladesh, Saudia, the flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has improved ties.

According to a press release, Saudia provides Bangladeshi business and leisure visitors with extensive connectivity, with over 530 daily flights to over 100 cities.

With effective transit hubs in Jeddah and Riyadh, major cities like New York, London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Toronto are all within easy reach.

Saudia’s network is further expanded by recent alliances with other airlines like Delta and AEGEAN, giving passengers access to more flights and more convenient connections across the globe.

Acknowledging the diverse needs of its Bangladeshi passengers, Saudia introduced a unique 96-hour stopover visa program, encouraging travelers to explore Saudi Arabia’s cultural and economic developments while en route to their destinations.

Elevating passenger comfort, Saudia’s Business Class provides spacious seating, lie-flat beds, 17-inch HD screens, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Further enhancements are planned, with the airline introducing upgraded suites aboard the new Airbus A321 XLR aircraft in 2026.

Saudia will also begin retrofitting its fleets of Boeing 777s and Airbus A330s with private Business Class suites in late 2025, further enhancing privacy and luxury.

Another quality that sets Saudia’s service apart is its dependability. Saudi Arabia’s dedication to efficiency and timeliness was highlighted when Cirium named it first in the world for on-time departures (88.82%) and second for arrivals (86.35%) for 2024.

Saudia offers genuine halal food, including Saudi specialties like kabsa and jareesh, to satisfy the gastronomic tastes of Bangladeshi tourists.

Passengers enjoy meals meticulously prepared to halal standards, complemented by traditional Saudi coffee. Additionally, Business Class passengers benefit from onboard chefs providing restaurant-quality dining tailored to individual tastes.

As connections deepen between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, Saudia stands ready to support growing passenger demands through improved service, comfort and reliability, solidifying its reputation as a preferred airline for Bangladeshi travelers.
