Students throughout the nation now have work opportunities in Japan according to TMSS Northern Recruiting Agency (TNRA).

TNRA provides job seekers with Japanese language instruction, which is essential for breaking into the Japanese labor market.
At a modest departure ceremony held at the TMSS office in Mirpur, the city, on Thursday, April 19, nine students from various educational institutions received instructions and guidance regarding their careers as well as knowledge about Japanese cultures.

Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Executive Director of TMSS and Chairman of TNRA Limited, participated electronically in the event, which was chaired by the Sector Head of TMSS’s ICT and Environment Sector.

Prof Hosne Ara said, “TNRA is sending nine students to Japan for the third time . . . this is a great achievement of you and I hope you will represent Bangladesh through hardworking mindset and utmost sincerity.”

Nigar Sultana said, “We have sent skilled manpower to different countries … we have sent 19 students to Japan this year.”

“We are sending Bangladeshi students to Japan job markets through giving BMET immigration clearance cards and many students are learning Japanese Language from the TNRA centres,” she added.

Concerned Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) officials stated: “Japan has established distinct requirements for labor market entry. In order for foreigners to obtain work opportunities in Japan, learning the language is given top attention.
They stated that Japan’s young population is currently declining and that the country currently need 68 lakh workers for its labor market. Learning Japanese is being prioritized by several nations, including India, Vietnam, and Nepal, in order to gain employment.
Like TNRA, many recruiting agencies, should work collectively with government for entering the labour market in Japan.
