A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Central Sulawesi province in central Indonesia on Thursday, according to the country’s meteorology, climatology, and geophysics department.
The earthquake struck at 1:14 p.m. Jakarta time (0614 GMT), with the epicenter 38 kilometers southeast of the Buol district and a depth of 48 kilometers beneath the ground, according to the agency.
