With the pre-booking of the device, customers are receiving a free back pack, 32GB SD card and a selfie stick. In addition, the device allows customers to pay in 6 months EMI facility. Pre-booking for GR5 2017 began on Dec 1 and will continue till December 15. In addition, if any user faces any problem in their GR5 2017, they will get solution within two hours at Huawei authorised customer service centre all over the country.
