Kajol, a Bollywood actress, said on Sunday that she tested positive for COVID-19.
The 47-year-old actress uploaded a photo of her daughter Nysa on Instagram, explaining that she was too embarrassed to show people her red nose, which she had developed due to a cold, like the fictitious Rudolph reindeer.
“Tested positive and I really don’t want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let’s just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss you @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll,” she captioned the picture.

Kajol was last featured in the Netflix family drama “Tribhanga” in 2021.
On Saturday, Mumbai reported 1,411 new COVID-19 cases and 11 deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the total to 10,44,470 cases and 16,602 deaths.
The total number of recoveries in Mumbai increased to 10,12,921, leaving the metropolis with 12,187 active cases, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
