7 students of CUET selected in ASME Student Regional Team

In the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Student Regional Team, 7 students of CUET Mechanical Engineering Department have been selected for the Asia-Pacific region in the academic year 2021-22.

It includes current and former committee members of the ASME CUET Student Chapter. 9 students have been selected from all over Bangladesh, out of which 7 students are from CUET. Toukir Ahmed Chowdhury will act as the Member-at-Large, Arnab Das will act as the Program Coordinator, Joy Barman Sagar and Aditya Chowdhury Joy will act as the Member Representatives, Aditya Barua as PR Co-ordinator and as Volunteer Co-ordinators, there are Shihab Mortuza and Shaswato Barua.

The current team will conduct future activities under the direction of ASME Student Section Enterprise Committee. Its main objective is to work for the betterment of students in the field of higher education-research-employment through communication and coordination among professional members with all the members of ASME.

The ASME CUET Student Chapter is pleased with their success and is dedicated to their continued prosperity.
