Deputy Secretary of State (Deputy Secretary of State) Stephen E. Biegun will pay a state visit to Bangladesh on October 14. During his visit to Bangladesh on October 14-18, he will meet with senior government officials of Bangladesh and reaffirm the US-Bangladesh partnership through talks.
During her visit to Bangladesh, the Deputy Secretary of State will discuss the partnership and cooperation between the United States and Bangladesh in building an independent, free, inclusive, peaceful, and secure Indo-Pacific region for the prosperity of all, as well as in tackling the COVID 19 and recovering the economy.
Prior to his visit to Dhaka, the US Deputy Secretary of State will arrive in New Delhi, India on October 12. During his stay in India till October 14, he will meet senior Indian government officials and deliver a keynote address at the India-US Forum.
