Mushfiqur and other cricketers to auction cricketing memorabilia today

Cricketing memorabilia of Bangladeshi cricket sensation Mushfiqur Rahim and some junior cricketers is going to put up for auction tonight to raise the fund for Covid-19 affected people in Bangladesh.

The following auction will be five-day long, which is going to end on May 14, in a bid to give them enough chances to raise a considerable amount of money, Mushfiqur said during an online live session. The auction will start at 10 PM in an online platform named ‘Sports for Life.’

Mushfiqur Rahim is going to put up his bat for auction with which he scored the country’s first double century in Galle Test against Sri Lanka.

Mosaddek Hossain Saikat is going to auction his bat with which he scored a match-winning half-century against West Indies in Tri-nation final in Ireland to help Bangladesh win the first-ever multinational trophy.

Under-19 World Cup-winning captain Akbar Ali will auction his jersey and gloves which he wore in the final while another junior player Naim Sheikh will put his bat up for auction, which he used to make 48 ball-81 against India for his highest T20 score.
