This morning, the seven recently appointed members of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) were sworn in.
At the swearing-in event held at the Supreme Court Judges’ Lounge here, Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed delivered the oath.
Professors Dr. Md. Sharif Hossain and Dr. Ferdous Arfina Osman of Dhaka University (DU), Dr. Shahnaz Sarkar of Bangladesh Agricultural University, former Foreign Cadre Officer Sabbir Ahmed Chowdhury, former Health Cadre Officer ATM Farhad Uddin, Brigadier General (retd) Anwarul Islam, and former Additional Inspector General of Police Md. Munir Hossain are among the seven newly sworn-in members.
On February 19, the announcement was made designating the seven members of the PSC.
