Md Zakir Hossain Chowdhury and Md Kabir Ahmed, the executive directors of the Bangladesh Bank, have been appointed as deputy governors.
The Financial Institutions Division of the finance ministry issued a notification regarding this matter.
The notification indicated that they had been appointed on a contractual basis for a period of three years from the date of their arrival.
