Europe’s main stock markets struck a mixed note in opening deals on Tuesday.

London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index of leading blue-chip companies fell 0.1 percent to 7,721.07 points, reports BSS.

In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX also dropped 0.1 percent to 17,071.03 points but the Paris CAC 40 rose 0.1 percent to 7,774.09.
