A hundred crore rupee lawsuit for defamation has been brought against Poonam Pandey and her spouse Sam Bombay. Faizan Ansari filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the Kanpur police commissioner in India, alleging defamation.
According to Ansari, Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay plotted to fake her death and downplay the seriousness of illness.
They have taken advantage of millions of people’s feelings and confidence, especially those in the Bollywood business. An arrest warrant for the couple is demanded in the complaint.
On February 3, Poonam Pandey, model and actress, went on to her Instagram to clarify that she was alive and that the news of her death from cervical cancer was not accurate.
