Rough explosives were thrown at Mirza Abbas’ residence

At the Shahjahanpur home of BNP Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas, two rudimentary bombs were thrown.

The wife of Mirza Abbas, Afroza Abbas, the president of Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal, claimed that two motorbike riders had arrived and thrown the two cocktails at their home on Tuesday morning at around eight in the morning.

One of the crude bombs exploded with a loud noise. The whole house was covered in smoke, she added.

She added that when the bikers’ security guards attempted to apprehend them, they fled. At this point, they noticed three to four motorcycles carrying six to eight police officers parked next to their home.

Afroza Abbas stated that the cops remained silent when the workers questioned them about the incident.
