As the nation recovers from a terrible attack by Hamas militants that left hundreds dead, US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin will travel to Israel on Friday and speak with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, an American defense official said.
Austin will meet with officials including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant during the visit to Israel his third as Pentagon chief which follows one by Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
