Bangladesh to tour New Zealand for white ball series in December

As part of their ICC Future trip Programme (FTP), the Bangladesh national cricket team will trip New Zealand in December for three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals, according to the New Zealand Cricket.

According to the schedule, Bangladesh’s three-match ODI series will kick off the tour on December 17 in Dunedin. The second and third games are scheduled to take place on December 20 and 23, respectively, in Nelson and Napier.

The first of the three T20Is will take place in Napier on December 27, while Mount Maunganui will host the second and third T20Is on December 29 and 31, respectively.

In the past six years, Bangladesh has made eight tours to New Zealand.

In the meanwhile, as part of their preparation for the ICC Cricket World Cup in India in October-November, New Zealand will play a three-match One-Day International series in Bangladesh in September.

The Kiwis will return to Bangladesh immediately following the World Cup to compete in a two-match Test series that is a part of the ICC Test Championship.
