Iran Khodro Industrial Group has targeted the monthly production of 70,000 vehicles in the last quarter of this Iranian year ending March 20, 2023 and the production of 210,000 sets in this time, will let the carmaker to get closer to its annual production target.
Accordingly, the 9-month production of Iran Khodro Industrial group will soon hit a new record compared to the production in the same period last year, which of course is another achievement for Iran’s car making industry at the time of imposed sanctions.
The company has so far produced 440,000 sets of passenger and commercial vehicles from the beginning of this Iranian year, i.e. March 20, 2022 up to now, which stands for 44% growth compared to the same period last year.
In the meantime, the almost 57 million dollars of savings due to complete car production, 25% of growth in quality and more than 95% of localization comparing with only 5% of assembly are regarded as the main achievements of IKCO.
