Cardi B admits guilt to two charges related to a fight at a strip club

Cardi B avoided jail time on Thursday by entering a guilty plea to two misdemeanor charges in a New York court, bringing an end to a long-running investigation into her alleged role in a strip club brawl.

Cardi B was in the Angels Strip Club in Queens on August 29, 2018, when her gang allegedly threw chairs, bottles, and a hookah pipe, bruising a female employee’s legs, according to police.

Two sisters who worked at the club were allegedly attacked by Cardi B on her orders because one of them had relations with her husband, the rapper Offset.

The mother of two is spared a trial and probable jail time thanks to the superstar rapper’s admission of guilt for assault and reckless endangerment. She was cleared of the other 10 charges.

Belcalis Almanzar, the artist, entered the Queen’s courts in a tight white dress, matching Louboutins, and her trademark long nail extensions.

Once Cardi B has completed 15 days of community service, the two misdemeanors will be conditionally dismissed. She must also pay court costs and spend the next three years away from the two women who filed the charges.

After the proceedings, when asked how she felt, the rapper responded to reporters with a joke that “I feel like I look good.”

Later in the afternoon, she shared positive Instagram stories from Manhattan’s Little Italy’s annual Feast of San Gennaro celebration.
