Tigers dominating the ICC ODI team of the year

The ICC ODI XI of the Year has been announced. Where three Bangladeshi cricketers Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, and Mostafizur Rahman have a place.

The ICC has announced the XI considering the 2021 ODI performance. Bangladesh has the highest number of three cricketers. Shakib Al Hasan is considered the best all-rounder. Mushfiqur Rahim is in the XI as the wicketkeeper-batsman. After the best team of T20 years, this time Mostafizur Rahman has also got a place in ODI XI.

There are also two cricketers each from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Ireland and South Africa. However, no cricketer from India, England, Australia, New Zealand or the West Indies got a chance in the XI. Pakistan’s Babar Azam has been made the captain.

ICC ODI XI of the Year: Paul Sterling, Janeman Malan, Fakhar Zaman, Rossi van der Dussen, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim (wicketkeeper-batsman), Wanindu Hasaranga, Mostafizur Rahman, Simi Singh and Dushmant Chamira.
