realme’s first laptop ‘realme Book’ launched globally

realme has recently launched two new stunning smartphones from its GT series – the realme GT Master Edition and the realme GT Explorer Master Edition – in the global market on 18 August 2021 through a virtual ceremony as part of its celebration to mark 100 million sales of smartphones around the world. They also have unveiled its first laptop ‘realme Book’ at the event.

realme is expanding into the affordable high-end segment with the release of these two phones. This marks an important step forward, as realme continues to power forward in building its 1+5+T AIoT ecosystem with a richer suite of products than ever before.

Designed by renowned industrial designer Naoto Fukasaw taking inspiration suitcases, realme GT Master Edition Series is the best-designed flagship of this year. It boasts the first concave vegan-leather design in smartphone history. Fusing design elegance with technical prowess, the realme GT Master Edition Series seeks to elevate the youth’s capacity to explore and create, empowering them with a high-end handset that is as affordable as it is exceptional.

GT Explorer Master Edition is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor with up to 12GB of RAM, while the GT Master Edition uses the Snapdragon 778G 5G processor with up to 8GB of RAM. Visuals come alive on a stunning 120Hz Samsung AMOLED screen, with a refresh rate of 120Hz on both of the two phones. GT Explorer Master Edition uses a 56-degree curved display, with 10240-level brightness adjustment whereas GT Master Edition Series support Vapor Chamber Cooling System to ensure comfortable use of smartphone.

Besides, realme GT Master Edition Series features a 32MP Sony selfie camera. Meanwhile, the GT Explorer Master Edition features a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera with OIS while the GT Master Edition comes with a 64MP main camera. Users can enjoy the first-ever street photography mode and take vivid snaps with this series.

On the other hand, realme Book, the first-ever realme laptop, brings 2K display and leap-forward performance in a rare price range for the tech-savvy people. Available in blue and grey color, realme Book comes in a super slim 14.9mm metal body. It features a 14-inch 2K full vision display, with 400 nits peak brightness and 3:2 screen ratio.

Powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core processor, realme Book provides up to 16GB RAM and 512GB Storage. 65W Super-Fast Charge technology provides up to 11 hours of battery life. DTS HD stereo sound effect, Dual Mic Noise Cancellation and ‘PC Connect’ option to sync the phone help the users to work online and study without any disturbance. realme Book also supports new Wi-Fi 6 technology and uses a three-level backlit keyboard.

It is mentionable that according to Canalys, realme has recently become the top smartphone maker in Bangladesh during Q2, 2021. Inspired by such growth, realme is developing a diverse portfolio of 5G products with an aim to offer 100 million 5G phones in the next three years to the young users. Besides affordable 5G phones, realme will also bring more AIoT products to young consumers as realme has entered AIoT 2.0 development phase with its advanced ‘1+5+T’ strategy.
