Bangladesh Cricket Team spun a spin web around Australia Cricket Team to ensure the first T20I victory of the series of five match by 23 runs at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka today. This is also the first-ever T20I win of Bangladesh against Australia, having defeated in four previous meetings.
According to BSS, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today extended heartiest congratulation to Bangladesh national cricket team for winning the first one of the five-match T20 series against the visiting Australia.
In a felicitation message, the cricket-lover premier greeted all the players, coach and officials of the national cricket team and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officials concerned for beating Australia.
Sheikh Hasina expressed the hope that the winning spree of the Bangladesh cricket team would continue in future.
