With his legendary character Lucifer on Netflix, British actor Tom Ellis is ready to enchant the audience one last time.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the streaming giant has disclosed the release date for its sixth and last season, which will debut on September 10.
At the San Diego Comic-Con at Home on Saturday, Netflix revealed the announcement with a one-and-a-half-minute teaser film that boldly stated: “All wonderful things must come to an end.”
The fantasy series, developed by Tom Kapinos, is based on a character created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Keith, and Mike Dringenberg for DC Comics.
Tom Ellis plays Lucifer Morningstar, and Lesley-Ann Brandt, Lauren German, D.B. Woodside, and Kevin Alejandro play key roles in the film.
