At least three rockets were fired at Israel from southern Lebanon, the AP reported. However, no casualties were reported.
According to the Israeli army, three rockets were fired from Lebanon, which landed in the Mediterranean off the coast of Galilee. They believe that their enemy Hezbollah has carried out the attack from Lebanese territory.
It has announced the deployment of 9,000 additional troops on an emergency basis in the last three days to counter the attack.
Israel-Palestine heated since last Monday. At least 103 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza so far. Meanwhile, seven Israelis have been killed so far in a counter-rocket attack by Hamas.
