Dhaka University (DU) authorities have taken a policy decision to take online exams for students. Wednesday (May 5) University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the Deans Committee chaired by Akhtaruzzaman.
The matter has been confirmed by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Professor. Hasanuzzaman.
He said an emergency meeting of the Deans Committee had decided to take the test online due to fears of session jitters due to Corona. If the situation is not conducive for taking the physical test by the month of July, then the test will be taken online. In that case, the three-hour test will be taken in one hour or one and a half hours.
Asked about the online examination system, he said the department has been asked to take action in this regard. He said a final decision would be taken at a meeting of the university’s academic council on Thursday (May 8th).
