BRAC has started antigen testing activities under the overall supervision of the Department of Health to provide quick results in the detection of coronavirus.
The activities have started through a total of 16 booths from Saturday. The test will be held in 15 booths in Dhaka and 1 in Chittagong. The number of booths will be gradually increased to 32 in Dhaka and 4 in Chittagong.
The event will run from 9am to 12pm on Saturday to Thursday. It will be possible to test about 150 samples per day in each booth.
BRAC plans to expand this activity in view of the resurgence of coronavirus infection in the country.
