All the cricketers and staff have passed the recent Corona Test organized by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Saif Hasan and Abu Zayed Rahi were found corona positive in the previous test.
Today, the BCB doctor Debashish Chowdhury said, “The good news is that we have tested the corona of a total of 105 people, including the player-support staff and the staff of Hotel Sonargaon.” Where the cricketers were in a bio-safety environment.”
He added, “Everyone’s test results were negative. This means that now all the cricketers-coaches-supporting staff and hotel staff of the national team are free from Covid-19. Everyone will be able to join the exercise and do what they are advised to do.”
Debashish Chowdhury further said that he got the results of the coroner’s test on Wednesday night. The cricketers have been informed in time.
After confirming the results, the cricketers checked-in at the hotel this morning and started training at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
The players and support staff of the under-19 team have also been tested. So they will be able to start practicing in BKSP.
