Trump has hinted to postpone the election for fear of fraud

Trump has hinted at postponing the upcoming US presidential election in November, alleging that the mail-in voting system could lead to fraud.

The BBC reports that President Trump has indicated that the election will be postponed until a “fair, safe and secure” voting environment is created. However, there is little evidence to support Trump’s allegations. He has long opposed mail-in voting.

President Trump has long complained that mail-in voting could lead to fraud. However, most of the states in the United States, the country with the highest incidence of the corona, are planning to hold a vote by mail, keeping in mind the health issues, for fear of an upward corona infection.

Trump said in a tweet that ‘With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely, and safely vote???”
