Advocacy Workshop “Fit to Fight” held during COVID 19 outbreak time

JCI Dhaka United and JCI Dhaka Achievers effectively facilitated a Webinar and Advocacy Workshop titled “Fit to Fight” on 23rd April.

 
The main subject matter of this Advocacy Workshop was to ensure boost up the immune system and body fitness while staying at home during this COVID-19 outbreak. Many aspects of nutrition and fitness issues were covered in depth. Instead of panicking, staying fit, healthy, and facing this situation consciously is the solution to this problem.

As a panelist, Dr. Tamanna Chowdhury, Principal Dietician, Evercare Hospital, Dhaka, and Ms. Nazia Hassan, an International body Fitness Trainer, were present. After the discussion, many of the questions of the audiences were answered by the experts.

50 youth members from JCI and diverse expert communities from Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, and various parts of Bangladesh were available.

Vote of Thanks was given to the present gathering by JCI Dhaka United Local President Tasneem Huq and JCI Dhaka Achievers Local President M. Umair Karim. National Executive Vice-President Sakib Ahmed and Arman Khan, National Secretary General Ms. Ismat Jahan and other National Governing Board members were present.
