Bangladeshi cuisines in Indian Z bangla’s ‘Rannaghar’

The popular Indian cookery show ‘Rannaghar’ will come up with special episodes on Bangladeshi cuisines, says the Times of India.

The show will present various Bangladeshi recipes. Quoting industry sources, Times website says, the authentic Bangladeshi cuisines will be cooked by Bangladeshi women in the programme.

Aparajita Auddy hosts the popular show Rannaghar now. Earlier, Sudipa Chatterjee hosted it for 13 years.

Referring to industry sources, Times hints that the rift may be caused by a squabble between the longstanding host and the channel authority. Sudipa, also, expressed her feeling over a Facebook post over this earlier.

After Sudipa left, Aparijita and Maitri Banerjee were at times appointed with the anchor ship.

In their attempt to involve in the usual number of viewers, the channel authority has come up with this special focus on Bangladeshi recipes along with its seasonal themes.
