Tonic and BRAC disburse donations from World Health Day Campaign

Tonic, the digital health service of Telenor Health and BRAC have disbursed the donations received during their World Health Day Campaign. The recipients of this disbursement will be the marginalized community from Pallabi, Mirpur in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

From April 5, 2018, to April 7, 2018, World Health Day, a Tonic truck invited people from all around Dhaka to run on a treadmill in it. For every 3 minutes spent on the treadmill running, Tonic guaranteed to provide a 3-month package of Tonic Asha to the underprivileged for free. The recipients of these donations will be able to avail health coverage of treatment expenses from different partner hospitals along with other healthcare benefits.

The event was attended by Tauhidul Alam, Sales Head; Shezami Khalil, Marketing Manager; Sheuly Akter, Channel Lead from Telenor Health and Md. Mokbul Hossain Bhuyan, Branch Manager of BRAC.
