Le Méridien Dhaka organizes festive boishakhi celebration

To celebrate the Bengali New Year 2018, Le Méridien Dhaka is inviting everyone to enjoy the Boishakhi buffet lunch and dinner by Masterchef Sitol. On April 14, 2018, at Le Méridien Dhaka will be arranging a wide range of delicious traditional cuisine with all the joyous festivity of Boishkah at ‘Latest Recipe’ restaurant.

The venue will be decorated with Boishakhi themed decoration and there will be live Baul music performance to create the perfect ambiance for Boishakh. There will be Hilsha fish fried with red chili and onion, Sorisha Hilsha, Tangra macher do’payza, Hilsha Pulao, Morag pulao, Hash bhuna, Goru kala bhuna, Shol macheer jhol, Bayeen macher bhuna, Chui jhal mangso (khashi), Korolla bhaja with shrimp, Dal chochchari with coriander leaves with a myriad of other traditional foods. Apart from these, there will be an Indian section, a Western section, a Chinese Setion and Live cooking section where food lovers can entertain their taste buds.

The Boishakh special buffet lunch will start from 12:30 pm onwards till 3:30 pm which will be BDT 3900++ per person. The Dinner will start from 6:30 pm onwards till 11:30 pm. The dinner will be BDT 3900++ per person.
