Recently an FIR issued against Ex-Pornstar and current Bollywood actress, Sunny Leone in Chennai. A social activist filed an FIR against Sunny for allegedly promoting pornography in south Indian city Chennai.
The activist, who has been identified as Emi alias Enoch Moses, registered an FIR at the Nazarathpet police station, alleging Sunny was ‘promoting pornography.’
Leone was visiting the city to take part in a dance event when the incident occurred. she has been accused of destroying Indian culture. In the current FIR, it was said, “Sunny Leone is promoting pornography that is against the country. It will end our culture and take us to disastrous mode”. Pro-Kannada groups protested and asked for a ban on Leone from taking part in such events. This is not the first time it has happened. Her visit to Bengaluru in December also stirred controversy.
On the other hand, Sunny is also shooting for her upcoming Tamil film Veeramadevi, which went on the floors earlier this week in Chennai. The film is being made on historical aspects of south India.
The 36-year-old has previously been a part of many South Indian films. She has also made appearances, mostly in songs, in Telugu and Kannada films.
