BSPI students invented advanced headlight controlling and safety technology for automobile

Department of Automobile Technology in Bangladesh Sweden Polytechnic Institute has invented an advanced headlight controlling and safety technology that can reduce accident during night driving condition. A research team of this institute has developed this automatic high beam technology without using any software and within a very low cost.

“Though the automatic high beam technology already exists in the market, it is very costly. To install this existing one in the car, customers will have to spend 8000 BDT, which is not affordable for many customers. we have minimized its cost and we can provide the same technology within 500 BDT”, a team member of this research Pial Barua told News Hour.

The research team leader Anowar Hossain has told us that this research is going further to minimize its cost and include more safety feature. He said they will start to sell this technology as a testing of market demand.
