A Bangladeshi and a Pakistani teamed up to run a brothel and an illegal call centre in Kuwait City

Kuwait police arrested a Bangladeshi man for running an illegal international call centre and a prostitution den, along with his Pakistani associate on October 9.

The Bangladeshi man was arrested from the Farwaniya suburb of the Kuwait City, reports Dhaka Tribune.

The Bangladeshi, whose name has not been released to the media, was stopped by a police patrol when he was walking. The police found his behaviour suspicious and asked him to produce his ID. He claimed to have left his card at home, prompting the police to ask him to take a ride with them to the police station. The Bangladeshi took off immediately with the police hot on his heels.

Like a criminal mastermind, he fled to his apartment, where police found evidence of his illegal call centre and brothel. However, his Pakistani associate fled at the sight of the police, leaving the Bangladeshi to be arrested, reports arabtimesonline.com.

Police found the two were running the illegal call centre and brothel from their apartment. Legal actions are being taken by the law enforcement agencies.
