Huawei announced a staggering price cut in Bangladesh

Smartphone maker Huawei has announced a staggering price cut on three of its popular smartphone models available in the Bangladesh market.

The price of Huawei Y3 2017 has been cut by more than 9% – from BDT 8,790 to BDT 7,990. The price of Huawei Y5II has been slashed by 10% – from BDT 9,990 to BDT 8,990. The price of Huawei Y6II has been reduced by almost 7% – from BDT 14,900 to BDT 13,900. The price cut has made Huawei devices even more affordable to the customers who are looking for best quality smartphones within a budget.

The Huawei Y3 2017 has a 5.0-inch display and offers maximum visibility in sunlight. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The phone has an 8 MP back camera and 2 MP front camera with which one can capture a clear picture. The phone is powered by 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, and Quad-Core Processor to ensure a smooth operation.

The Huawei Y5II features a 5.0-inch display. It has a 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM that is expandable up to 32 GB. It also features an 8 MP back and 2 MP front camera and Quad-Core processors to ensure a smooth multitasking.

The Huawei Y6II has a large 5.5-inch display and is run by Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It has a 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. The Y6II 13 MP back and an 8 MP front camera offer best-in-class photo quality and color reproduction.

Ziauddin Chowdhury, Deputy Country Director, Device Business Department of Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited, said, ‘These budget-friendly Huawei smartphones, embraced by the Bangladeshi consumers due to their supreme quality, have become even more price-efficient. We believe this price drop will encourage more of people to get a high return on their investment on their new phones.’

From now on, a customer can buy these handsets at the reduced prices from any Huawei brand shops across 64 districts of Bangladesh.
