People of Dhaka City, the capital of Bangladesh are the gourmand. For the people who love eating foods of different tastes at restaurants, Harriken Dining Week 2017 began on May 13th, 2017. Harriken’s founder and CEO Mr. Adeeb Shams inaugurated the Dining Week at a press conference held at Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka.
The purpose of the Harriken Dining Week 2017 is one and the same behind the creation of the app Harriken itself. It is to understand that dining in restaurants, in as fast paced a country such as our own, is not just about finishing the meal, it is way beyond that, and the aim of both the event and the app is to serve people here in making their dining experience as delightful and easy as possible.

While Harriken is Dhaka’s largest restaurant discovery platform currently enlisting 3,000+ restaurants in Dhaka alone, the event aims at democratizing the food scene for a week, in hopes of food enthusiasts, all sorts, to jump on the bandwagon and enjoy their meals with less to lose, and all the more to gain.
Harriken is bringing together 12 of Harriken’s finest dining selections, namely, Spice & Rice at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, Lotus Etang, Khazana (Uttara), Royal Park, Taste of Lanka, Umai, Absolute Thai, Tastebud, Veni Vidi Vici, Lake Terrace, Wrapped at Four points by Sheraton, and Sky Pool at Six Seasons.
All of Harriken’s participating restaurants have decided to grant Harriken’s users discounts, provided that they follow Harriken’s instructions to participate, which are to sign into Harriken on any one of its three platforms (Android, iOS, and the web). Then, people will have to enter a unique promo code into Harriken app, they will then get a text message saying that they’ve unlocked their meal. After that, all they need to do is show that message to the restaurant to avail the deal.
This event will continue till 20th May 2017. Harriken Dining Week 2017 is brought to you in association with Dhaka Tribune and Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka.
