The Bangladesh Cricket Board announces the names of thirty players for the preliminary squad for the tours of India and Sri Lanka 2017, reports BSS.
Bangladesh will be embarking on their maiden tour to India where they are schedule to play only an one-off Test against inform India on February 9 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad.
Bangladesh is scheduled to tour Sri Lanka in March. Tigers will be playing two Test matches three One-Day-Internationals and two T20’s.
Chairman of BCB’s Media Committee said to BSS, “Initial it was not in the itinerary but later BCB had a talk with their counterpart Lankan Board to arrange this series. The Lankan tour’s fixture will be finalized soon.
