Huwaei announced price cut of it’s smartphones in Bangladesh

Huawei, the second largest android smartphone manufacturer in the world, has announced the price cut for a large array of its smartphones for the Bangladesh market.

The Huawei Y5C, sporting a 4.5” display, an 8 GB ROM which is expandable to 32 GB and a 1 GB ROM, has seen a price drop from BDT 6,490 to BDT 5,990. The phone boasts an 8 MP rear and a 2 MP front camera and is run by Android 4 Kitkat OS.

The Huawei Y6 Pro, which features a 5” display, a 16 GB internal memory that is expandable to 128 GB and a 2 GB RAM, a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera along with a powerful 4000 mAh battery, now comes with a new price of BDT 11,690 instead of previously priced BDT 12,990. The phone is run by Android 5 Lollypop OS.

The Huawei G Play Mini, sporting a 5” screen, an 8 GB ROM which is expandable up to 32 GB and a 2 GB RAM, along with a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera, is now priced at BDT 12,490 instead of the previously priced BDT 13,990. The smartphone runs on Android 5 Lollypop OS, and is upgradable to Android 6 Marshmallow OS.

The Huawei Honor 4X now priced at BDT 12,990 instead of the previously priced BD 14,990. The Honor 4X has a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera, has an internal memory of 8 GB that is expandable up to 32 GB alongside a 2 MB RAM, and a 5.5” display. The phone runs on Android Lollipop 5 OS.

The Y6II, on the other hand, has a 16 GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32 GB as well as a 2 GB ROM. Run by Android 6 Marshmallow OS, the phone has a 13 MP rear and an 8 MP front camera. Huawei Y6II now priced at BDT 13,590 instead of the previously priced BD 14,990.

The Huawei P8 Lite, the impressive 5” phone with a 16 GB internal memory (expandable up to 64 GB) and a 2 GB RAM, has seen a drop of price from BDT 16,490 to BDT 15,490. Running on Android 5 Lollypop OS, the phone has 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera.

The GR5, with a 2 GB RAM, a 16 GB internal memory expandable up to 128 GB, 13 MP rear and 5 MP front camera, and running on both Android 5 Lollypop and Android 6 Marshmallow, has dropped its price from BDT 19,990 to BDT 18,990.

The G7+ on the other hand, running on Android 5 Lollypop and upgradable to Android 6 Marshmallow,  has seen a price drop from BDT 27,990 to BDT 26,990. The phone has a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera, and has a 3 GB RAM, and a 32 GB ROM that is expandable up to 128 GB.

Customers will be able to purchase the phones at the reduced price at Huawei Experience Centers at Bashundhara City Shopping Mall and Jamuna Future Park as well as other Huawei brand shops across 64 districts of Bangladesh.
