Offices of British Council Bangladesh closed temporarily to review security procedures

Offices of British Council in Bangladesh have been closed temporarily to review their security procedures. The British Council Bangladesh has announced it today in it’s Facebook page.

According to the post by British Council Bangladesh’s Facebook page, British Council hopes to reopen offices and resume normal services to the public once new security measures are in place.

But during this time, Customer Services will be responding to queries through email, Live Chat and Facebook in the usual office hours.

The British Council has been working in Dhaka since 1951. Today, British Council has expanded it’s presence to multiple locations in Bangladesh offering a wide range of services and activities across the country, through offices in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.

Mehrab Masayeed Habib studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at American International University Bangladesh (AIUB). Currently, he is working for News Hour. He is passionate about automobiles. He is also the founder & trainer of Bangla Automobile School. He conducts workshops on automobile engineering at local level.
