MGM resorts international honored with prestigious accolades for 2016

Forbes Travel Guide, AAA, TripAdvisor and U.S. News & World Report have recognized several MGM Resorts International resorts and restaurants for exceptional service and hospitality.

Forbes Travel Guide honored ARIA Sky Suites, SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand and Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand with the coveted 2016 Forbes Five-Star award. To be considered for this accolade, Five-Star accommodations must provide an extraordinary stay through the finest in guest service and amenities. For restaurants, venues must deliver an impeccable dining experience including food, service and presentation.

MGM Resorts earned seven 2016 AAA Five Diamond Awards includingBellagio Resort & Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino, ARIA Sky Suites and SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand. Renowned restaurants Picasso and Le Cirque at Bellagio and Joël Robuchon Restaurant also were honored as Five Diamond recipients. Hotels and restaurants go through comprehensive evaluations to achieve this award and are judged on many facets including service, décor and amenities offered.

ARIA Sky Suites received a 2016 Travelers’ Choice Award for Luxury Hotels by TripAdvisor, being named third in the United States out of only 25 to make the list. Receiving this prestigious distinction for the first time, the resort was chosen through an extensive process that combines TripAdvisor reviews from guests and the hospitality community around the world.

Rounding out the impressive roster of awards for ARIA Sky Suites, U.S. News & World Report announced the luxury hotel as the third best hotel in the United States. Additionally, the publication acknowledged Bellagio, ARIA, ARIA Sky Suites and SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand with 2016 Best Hotels Gold Badges. The method used to select the Best Hotels assessing resort accolades with expert and guest reviews worldwide.
