RCI adds four more properties from MGM muthu hotels group

News Hour:

MGM Muthu Hotels Group recently affiliated four newly acquired properties to RCI, the global leader in holiday exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands (NYSE: WYN).

The recent acquisitions of Belstead Brook Muthu Hotel and Muthu Westcliff Hotel, both in England, Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel in Tenerife, and Forte da Oura in Portugal have noticeably boosted India-based MGM Muthu Hotels Groups’ already impressive resort property portfolio. These four new properties join the eight MGM Muthu-owned resorts currently affiliated with RCI: four in Portugal, two in mainland Spain and one each in Tenerife and India.

Michael Green, sales director for MGM Muthu Hotels Group, said: “We at MGM Muthu Hotels Group are extremely happy to announce the affiliation of all four hotels with RCI. We are confident that they will be fantastic additions to our successful partnership, benefiting both MGM Muthu Hotels and RCI members.”

The Tenerife and Portuguese properties are both excellently situated close to beaches as well as restaurants, bars and golf courses for guests to enjoy. The U.K. properties take advantage of quintessentially English scenery, with the Belstead Brook Muthu Hotel located in the picturesque countryside, and the Muthu Westcliff Hotel close to the charming seaside resort of Southend-on-Sea. While each affords a unique guest experience, the focus on quality is unwavering.

Dimitris Manikis, vice president of Business Development, RCI Europe/Middle East/Africa, said: “We are delighted with these new affiliations and to be expanding our relationship with MGM Muthu Hotels Group. We share common goals with the group in that we both commit to providing our members and customers flexibility, choice and, above all, excellent quality. Affiliations such as these further enhance our exchange offerings.”

These properties will be affiliated with RCI through the MGM club, Infiniti, which has long been an affiliate of the RCI exchange holiday network.
