realme is registering steady growth in consideration of developing and shipping 5G products globally. According to counterpoint market monitor service data released in Q2 2021, realme’s 5G share in emerging market has gone up from 8.8% in Q1 to 15.9% in Q2.

realme is now prioritizing 5G products as the world is gearing up to embrace this new technology. To offer smartphones equipped with cutting-edge technology to the young users, realme is streamlining its multiple product lines.

realme’s Founder and CEO Sky Li said, “realme’s next goal is to achieve a dual-100 million target – shipping another 100 million handsets by the end of 2022 and completing the same milestone within the 2023 calendar year.”

Right now, realme is developing a diverse portfolio of 5G products with an aim to offer 100 million 5G phones in the next three years to the young users. Besides affordable 5G phones, realme will also bring more AIoT products to young consumers as realme has entered AIoT 2.0 development phase with its advanced ‘1+5+T’ strategy.

Moreover, to bring significant changes in the smartphone ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of 5G technology in Bangladesh, top 1 smartphone brand in Q2, 2021 realme will launch a flagship 5G phone from its GT series – realme GT Master Edition on the 2nd of October 2021. Meanwhile, for the tech-lovers, youth-favorite brand realme will also launch two new phone from its youth-friendly C series – realme C21Y and C11 2021 – in the local market.
