Millican Reserve has struck an agreement with EcoSmart Solution to provide its EcoSmart GeoGrid, new geothermal infrastructure, solar PV systems, and energy monitoring and optimization to up to 2,000+ residential units at the renowned College Station reserve. With their zero-energy capable homes, new Millican Reserve homeowners will experience very low or nil utility expenses and a much lower carbon footprint; each home will be one of Texas’ most energy-efficient residences.
Millican Reserve is a Master Planned Community near College Station, Texas, about 10 miles southeast of Texas A&M University. The 2,500-acre community site will have a combination of residential residences, commercial, civic, and open space, as well as stores, restaurants, and a convention centre with overnight lodging.
