Samsung’s service goes to customers’ doorstep in Bangladesh

Samsung Bangladesh has initiated a special customer service campaign to provide state-of-the art after-sales service to its customers and create awareness in different parts of the country. This first phase of this campaign will cover Khulna, Rajshahi, and Rangpur cities from December 8 to December 20, 2018.

During this campaign, three Samsung-branded service vans will roam around the cities delivering services to customers, especially those who called Samsung helpline and specifically asked for their services. The service Vans will also stop in front of Samsung showrooms to provide advices on how to use Samsung products efficiently and ways to increase their lifecycle.

The services provided through these service Vans will cover free software upgrades for handsets, free Air-conditioner filter cleaning for loyal customers, and fixing problems of Samsung home appliances such as Televisions, Refrigerators, Washing machines and Microwave ovens.

Mr. H D LEE, new Head of Customer Service, Samsung Bangladesh, said “These days products are delivered straight to the doorstep of customers, and the same should happen with after sales service. Our sincere effort remains in providing the best service to our customers no matter which part of the country they reside in.”

This pioneering move is believed to set a new benchmark for customers service in Bangladesh. These service Vans will commute around to reach consumers quickly and resolve their problems within the earliest possible time. Each van will have a multi-skilled engineer for providing quick response and on-spot resolution of any issues.
