Grameenphone signs agreement with Truck Load Ltd.

Grameenphone Ltd. has signed an agreement with Truck Load Ltd., an initiative of Rangs Group at GPHouse in Dhaka recently to provide complete communication facilities under its Business Solutions package.

According to the agreement, Truck Load Ltd. is being provided complete communications solutions tailored to its needs, including voice, data and other services. Truck Load Ltd. will use the services to further improve communication amongst its different business, at an affordable cost.

Mr. Tysir Hossain, Managing Director of Truck Load Ltd. and Mr. Md. Nasar Yousuf, Head of Corporate Business of Grameenphone Ltd. have signed this agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Mr. Nafees Khundker, Chairman; Ms. Sohana Rouf Chowdhury, Director, Mr. Zabid Hossain; Director of Truck Load Ltd. Mr. Tarek Abdullah Al-Munim; Group CMO of Rangs Motors, Michael Foley, CEO, Yasir Azman; Deputy CEO, Argha Basu, Head of Enterprise Business, Md. Rajib Khan, Head of Strategic Accounts of Grameenphone Ltd. and Sajid Rahman, CEO of Telenor Health were also present on the occasion.

TruckLoad is an online logistics support program where anyone in Bangladesh can find truck or pickup for moving their goods just by a few clicks in it’s app.

According to Truckload’s Facebook Page, “TruckLoad, Bangladesh’s first transport exchange online platform powered by one of the world’s most advanced computerized load matching systems. TruckLoad is here to keep trucks loaded, freight moving and also digitize Bangladesh’s overall cargo transportation industry. We are committed to providing instant load board access to truck owners, truckers and transport brokers by harnessing the power of technology that’s user-friendly and economical. We are aiming to develop a connection between the service receiver/customer and truck owners, ensuring a secured delivery of goods to their assigned destination.”
