Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest and most dynamic hotel groups has announced the signing of an agreement with real estate and investment firm Sun-Star Group, led by real estate developer Omar O’Rourke Martinez and his partner Thomas Wahl for the development and operation of Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Ajijic at Lake Chapala, Ajijic, Mexico. Construction of the 96-room hotel is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2016.
